Build Sydney can custom design a floor plan that is modern, functional and to the client’s specifications to satisfy all needs and wants. We can offer a range of finishes that look great and that suit most budgets.
Build Sydney have in-house drafting and engineering services to get it right the first time.
We look after all aspects of the approval process, either through Council with a full (DA) application or a (CDC) complying Development Approval with a Private Certifier.

There is a large range of kitchens with many fantastic finishes like laminate and stone bench tops.
Tile and laminate or bamboo flooring finishes in 100's of colours.
Variety of lighting options including basic oyster lights - modern down lights.
Bathroom interior options, including tiled floors or fully tiled floor to ceiling + many options with bathroom fittings & fixture including rain shower heads, basic shower heads, special leaver taps.
Built in Wardrobes with the option of sliding mirrored or frosted glass finishes
Painted through out including walls, ceilings, & timber work including cornes & archs.

Granny Flats maximum size allowed is 60 sq mts of living area
